Our HVAC Service Plan:
Our HVAC service plan includes two preventive maintenance visits each year your plan is active, one in the spring to prepare your A/C for summer and one in the fall to prepare your heater or furnace for winter. During each visit, our technicians will:
- Flush the condensate drain line
- Test all electrical components
- Check refrigerant levels
- Wash the outdoor condenser coil
- Inspect the indoor evaporator coil and blower
- Test all safeties on the furnace
Additionally, we will waive all diagnostic fees for any HVAC-related services rendered, which is currently valued at $99 per visit, and give you priority scheduling for any HVAC-related repair calls. That means, for $228, you’ll get two HVAC inspections and all potential HVAC diagnostic fees covered.
Our Plumbing Service Plan:
Twice a year our plumbers visit your home to keep your water heater, softeners, and filters in good working order. During each visit, they’ll:
- Flush your water heater (tank or tankless)
- Winterize exposed pipes and hose bibbs during the fall visit
- Test your water for proper operation of filters and softeners
- Add salt to your softener if necessary (salt available upon request at an additional cost)
- Change RO filters or whole-house filters if necessary (filters available upon request at an additional cost; whole-house carbon filter media can be changed for an additional labor fee)
The plumbing plan works the same way as the HVAC plan: $228 a year, with all diagnostic fees waived on plumbing service calls (a $99 value per visit) and priority scheduling whenever you need a plumbing-related repair.
Our Whole-House Service Plan:
If you’d like full coverage for your home, our Whole-House Service Plan bundles both the HVAC and plumbing plans together for $456 a year, giving you complete coverage for your home under a single plan. During the life of this plan, you’ll get all four preventive maintenance visits per year, waived diagnostic fees on both HVAC and plumbing service calls, and priority scheduling across the board.
